We are thrilled to announce that Saraswati Public School hosted Yoga and Mindfulness Workshop . In our mission to provide a holistic education, we recognize that mental clarity and physical flexibility are just as important as academic grades.

What to Expect:

  • Guided Asanas: Students will learn fundamental postures to improve posture and strength.

  • Breathing Techniques (Pranayama): Simple exercises to help students manage exam stress and improve concentration.

All students from Primary to Senior Secondary levels are encouraged to participate. Let’s breathe, stretch, and grow together toward a healthier future!
